11. Contre le productivisme, le militarisme et la concurrence imp\u00e9rialiste pour la puissance et le profit qui d\u00e9truisent notre environnement et nos droits sociaux et d\u00e9mocratiques.<\/p>\n\n\n\n

A l\u2019issue de la premi\u00e8re guerre mondiale, l\u2019OIT a \u00e9t\u00e9 fond\u00e9e sur une affirmation de port\u00e9e universelle : \u00ab Une paix universelle et durable ne peut \u00eatre fond\u00e9e que sur la justice sociale<\/em> \u00bb. Aujourd\u2019hui, nous devons ajouter la justice environnementale et l\u2019\u00e9tat de droit : nous luttons pour la paix et l\u2019\u00e9galit\u00e9, les libert\u00e9s d\u00e9mocratiques, la justice sociale et climatique, par la coop\u00e9ration et la solidarit\u00e9 entre les peuples.<\/strong><\/p>\n\n\n\n

Basic consensus<\/strong><\/p>\n\n\n\n

We, collectives of social movements, trade unions, organisations and parties, from Eastern and Western Europe, oppose war and all neo-colonialism in the world, want to build a network from below, independent of any government<\/strong><\/p>\n\n\n\n

FOR<\/strong><\/p>\n\n\n\n

1. The defence of an independent and democratic Ukraine !<\/p>\n\n\n\n

2. The immediate withdrawal of Russian troops from all Ukrainian territory. The end of the nuclear threat posed by the alerting of Russian nuclear weapons and the bombing of Ukrainian power plants !<\/p>\n\n\n\n

3. Support for the resistance (armed and unarmed) of the Ukrainian people in its diversity, in defence of its right to self-determination<\/p>\n\n\n\n

4. Cancellation of Ukraine\u2019s foreign debt !<\/p>\n\n\n\n

5. The non-discriminatory reception of all refugees – from Ukraine and elsewhere !<\/p>\n\n\n\n

6. Support for the anti-war and democratic movement in Russia and the guarantee of political refugee status for opponents of Putin and for Russian soldiers who desert !<\/p>\n\n\n\n

7. Seizure of the assets of Russian government members, senior officials and oligarchs in Europe and around the world ; and financial and economic sanctions – protecting the disadvantaged from their effects.<\/p>\n\n\n\n

Beyond that, we are also fighting, together with like-minded currents in Ukraine and Russia :<\/strong><\/p>\n\n\n\n

8. For global nuclear disarmament. Against military escalation and the militarisation of minds.<\/p>\n\n\n\n

9. For the dismantling of military blocs<\/p>\n\n\n\n

10. To ensure that any aid to Ukraine is not subject to IMF or EU austerity conditions<\/p>\n\n\n\n

11. Against productivism, militarism and imperialist competition for power and profit that destroy our environment and our social and democratic rights.<\/p>\n\n\n\n

At the end of the First World War, the ILO was founded on a universal statement : \u201cA universal and lasting peace can only be based on social justice<\/strong>.\u201d Today, we must add environmental justice and the rule of law : we fight for peace and equality, democratic freedoms, social and climate justice, through cooperation and solidarity between peoples.<\/p>\n\n\n\n

Ons basisplatform<\/strong><\/p>\n\n\n\n

Wij, mensen en organisaties uit sociale bewegingen, vakbonden en partijen, uit Oost- en Westeuropa, tegenstanders van de oorlog en alle vormen van neokolonialisme in de wereld, willen van onderuit een netwerk opbouwen, dat onafhankelijk is van eender welke regering.<\/strong><\/p>\n\n\n\n

Wij komen op voor :<\/strong><\/p>\n\n\n\n

1. De verdediging van een onafhankelijk en democratisch Oekra\u00efne.<\/p>\n\n\n\n

2. De onmiddellijke terugtrekking van de Russische troepen van het volledige Oekra\u00efense grondgebied.<\/p>\n\n\n\n

Het stopzetten van de nucleaire dreiging die wordt gevormd door het in de alarmfase brengen van de Russische kernwapens en het bombarderen van Oekra\u00efense kerncentrales.<\/p>\n\n\n\n

3. Steun aan het verzet (gewapend en ongewapend) in al haar verscheidenheid van het Oekra\u00efense volk, ter verdediging van haar zelfbeschikkingsrecht.<\/p>\n\n\n\n

4. Kwijtschelding van de buitenlandse schuld van Oekra\u00efne.<\/p>\n\n\n\n

5. Onthaal zonder discriminatie van alle vluchtelingen, uit Oekra\u00efne en elders.<\/p>\n\n\n\n

6. Steun aan de democratische en anti-oorlogsbeweging in Rusland. Garandeer het statuut van politieke vluchteling voor alle opposanten tegen Poetin en voor Russische soldaten die deserteren.<\/p>\n\n\n\n

7. Inbeslagneming van de tegoeden van Russische regeringsleden, hoge ambtenaren en oligarchen in Europa en de rest van de wereld ; en financi\u00eble en economische sancties, waarbij de kansarmen worden beschermd tegen de gevolgen ervan.<\/p>\n\n\n\n

Daarenboven, komen wij, samen met stromingen die deze doelstellingen delen in Oekra\u00efne en Rusland, op voor :<\/strong><\/p>\n\n\n\n

8. Voor wereldwijde nucleaire ontwapening. Tegen militaire escalatie en de militarisering van de geesten.<\/p>\n\n\n\n

9. Voor de ontmanteling van de militaire blokken.<\/p>\n\n\n\n

10. Opdat elke hulp aan Oekra\u00efne ontsnapt aan de greep en de bezuinigingsvoorwaarden opgelegd door IMF of EU.<\/p>\n\n\n\n

11. Tegen het productivisme, het militarisme en de imperialistische concurrentie voor macht en winst die ons leefmilieu en onze sociale en democratische rechten vernietigen.<\/p>\n\n\n\n

Na Wereldoorlog I werd de Internationale Arbeidsorganisatie (IAO) opgericht op basis van volgende universele verklaring : \u2018Een universele en duurzame vrede kan enkel gesticht worden op basis van sociale rechtvaardigheid<\/em>\u2019. Vandaag moeten we daar ook ecologische rechtvaardigheid en de rechtsstaat aan toevoegen. Wij komen op voor vrede en gelijkheid, democratische rechten, sociale en klimaatrechtvaardigheid, door samenwerking en solidariteit tussen de volkeren.<\/strong><\/p>\n\n\n\n
